This site is a tribute to Danny Mageean, who was born on September 24, 1949. He was a wonderful husband to Marlene and a dear brother of Francis and Bernard. He will always be remembered and loved.

I only found out today about Danny's untimely death. If I had known I would have come to his funeral. Danny was a great person and a fantastic support to young people who I knew through my work with YWCA Truro Young Women's Centre and Carefree Cornwall. My thoughts are with his family and friends. x

Danny was an amazing person who selflessly helped so many people throughout Cornwall. We all owe him a debt of gratitude. Without his help and guidance, Cornwall would not be the beautiful place that it is.
